To get your unit into production and then delivery, we need you to submit a few things to our Customer Service Department through an easy to use form below. Before attempting the form below, please ensure you have gathered the following items which you will be able to upload directly from your phone.

1 A access video showing where the truck can park, and then a walkthrough all the way to your concrete base identifying any obstacles along the way.

How is the Insulation done?(Required)

OPTION 1: In this case the insulation is placed on top of the strip foundation. The internal floor height is the Insulation Height PLUS the concrete floor depth.

OPTION 2: In this case the insulation finishes flush with the top of the strip foundation. The internal floor height is just the concrete floor depth.

Please Note: We must be informed if you have added Insulation to your Base or plan to add Insulation to your Base.

Your Steeltech unit must be modified to allow for an Insulated Base while in production so it's imperative that the Information supplied now is correct.
